I think we set ourselves up best for success when we give ourselves the space to learn the techniques of what we are doing. Feeling our way into new exercises can go a long way towards that end because it integrates consciously learning our bodies into our training.
Hi Ellen that was really interesting. I am playing with the interplay of isometric exercises and weigths and enjoying this. I love the David Weck videos, I have adopted this for my walking and running and it feels way more relaxed, efficient and positive if that concept makes sense, My PT guy is totally on board too xxx One other piece Claude.ai is amazing - what a find xxx
